Completed application forms should be submitted
to Jakri College accompanied by:
- A non-refundable registration fee to be made payable
to '"JAKRI SDN BHD" by cheque
or money order
- Certified true copies of transcripts and certificates
- 1 photocopy of Identity Card|
- 2 passport-sized photographs
- Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL / IELTS/MUET)
- For Masters and Doctoral program application,
please attach a detailed resume and reference letters
For Company Sponsored Applicants
Payment must be made by company cheque. Please write name
of applicant, NRIC No., Course Title and Course Date on
the reverse side of the cheque.
All completed applications may be submitted either via
post / in person at our college

Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Students who wish to withdraw from the course must submit
a written notice to Jakri College. Jakri College reserves
the right to delay the commencement of the course or withdraw
the course altogether. In the event of such an occurrence,
students will receive a full refund.
Refunds are administered according to the guidelines listed
below:
