The joint graduation ceremony for University of Rockhampton, Glastonbury University and Harvey International University was held at Subang Sheraton Hotel on 18 July 2009. More than 200 Graduates from Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Middle East and Malaysia received their scrolls during the ceremony.
Prof Dr Norbert Finger, the President of Jakri College and Dato Abdul Rahman the Director General of Ministry of Higher Education presented the degrees to the graduands. Moderator of Glastonbury University Prof Dr.Saad Abbas,moderator of University of Rockhampton Prof Dr.Fantah Chakrib and moderator of Harvey International University Dr Benny Ong were also there to witness the ceremony.
