The MBA in Human Resources Management was developed in
partnership with our network of global HR leaders. As
a result, the program focuses on building competencies
that our business partners have identified as essential
for employment success- such as change leadership, strategic
thinking and an action-oriented approach to HRM.
As a result of our partnerships, we offer more than classes
on HRM topics; we also link our students and faculty to
a larger business community through its Center for Human
Resource Management Studies (CHRMS). This center brings
HR leaders, student, and scholars together for a wide
range of programs and learning experiences.
Duration
The course can be completed within two years on a part-time
basis and 18 months on a full-time basis.
